Dear Community Members,
In these unique and unprecedented times, please know WE ARE IN WITH YOU!
In response to COVID-19, for the health and safety of our community members and staff, SIL employees have been working remotely. Just recently we have begun a very slow and methodical transition back into our office on a limited basis. We have taken what we believe is every safety protocol possible to ensure our office environment is safe for all.
Over the next several weeks, it is our hope to return to our office full time but doing so means we MUST put the health and safety of our employees and you, our community members first. With that in mind, we have specific protocols in place for visiting our offices.
1. All office visits are currently by appointment only. If you need to come in, give us a call and set up a time that is convenient for you and a member of our team. If you would prefer a virtual appointment please let us know, we will be happy to oblige.
2. All office visitors will need to wear face coverings. If you do not have a covering, one will be provided on the day of your appointment.
3. All office visitors will need to have their temperature taken. A member of our team will be taking your temperature, with a thermo laser thermometer, as you enter.
SIL reserves the right and has a responsibility to the community to not allow access to anyone who registers a fever of 100.4 or who is clearly experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms.
*If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, such as:
• Fever above 100.4
• Shortness of Breath
• Extreme Fatigue
Please stay home, for your safety and for ours.
Our goal is to continue to provide the most comprehensive, quality services possible while ensuring the health and safety of all. As we continue to move through and beyond this pandemic, we will be adjusting our protocols. Please continue to monitor our website and/or Facebook for updates.
Remember we are still here for you and we are still in with you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
