This interactive workshop will provide participants with information needed to understand the process of applying and maintaining disability benefits, such as Medicare & Medicaid, SSDI, and SSI, in order to avoid misinformation which will negatively impact client’s lives. Presenters will also discuss the impact of work incentives on disability benefits and resources available to professionals.

Michael Liner is a disability attorney and founded Liner Legal – Disability Lawyers based in Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 and has successfully represented thousands of claimants seeking Social Security Disability benefits.
Jennifer Morgan is the founder of Impact Disability Law based in Denver, Colorado and has been a practicing attorney since 2007. Jennifer’s career has focused on both education and disability law and she is passionate about using her experience and knowledge from both arenas to serve others.
