Make dinner a selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support Services For Independent Living. Come in to the Chipotle at 25350 Detroit Rd in Westlake on Monday, December 2nd between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you’re supporting the cause to make sure that 25% of event sales subject to a $150 minimum will be donated to Services for Independent Living.

CHIPOTLE FUNDRAISER FOR SERVICES FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING 25% OF EVENT SALES GET DONATED TO THE CAUSE MONDAY, DECEMBER 2ND | 4-8PM 25350 DETROIT RD, WESTLAKE, OH, 44145 ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP USING CODE 2WD2DPK OR SHOW THIS FLYER IN RESTAURANT For online orders to count towards the fundraiser, they must be placed for pickup only from the restaurant location of, and during the hours of, the fundraiser. Delivery orders and gift cards do not qualify. $150 minimum event sales required to receive any donation.
