Come in to the Chipotle at 25350 Detroit Rd in Westlake on Monday, December 2nd between 4:00pm and 8:00pm. Bring in this flyer, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you’re supporting the cause to make sure that 25% of event sales subject to a $150 minimum will be donated to Services for Independent Living.

Delivery orders and gift cards do not qualify. $150 minimum event sales required to receive any donation.
