Direct Care Workforce Crisis

Services for Independent Living, Inc. interviewed four consumers from Northeast Ohio who use Direct Care Workers about the impact of the Direct Care Workforce crisis on their lives. This video is to bring awareness of the impact of the crisis on Ohioans with disabilities. It is our hope that it is a catalyst to advocacy and change that will improve the state of the crisis.
