Are you or a loved one with a disability transitioning to adulthood? The Transition Expo in Cleveland is for you! Over 70 exhibitors will focus on topics such as employment, recreation, independence, and much more!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: families, transition-aged youth with disabilities, caregivers and professionals in Northeast Ohio!
